RosCar Finland is a car rental aggregator that allows users to compare and book vehicles from international and local rental companies. Cars can be booked for airport pickup, city delivery, or hotel delivery, depending on the available offers and supplier conditions.
2. Our Service
RosCar Finland provides an online platform where users can search for rental cars, compare available offers, select rental conditions, and make reservations. We do not own the vehicles listed on the website and do not act as the direct rental provider. The rental agreement is concluded between the customer and the car rental company selected during the booking process.

4. Booking Process
To rent a car through RosCar Finland, the customer must select the pickup location and return location, choose the preferred vehicle type, and add any available extra options. Extra options may include no deposit, no credit card, insurance, and child seat, depending on the supplier and destination.
To complete the reservation, the customer must provide the driver’s contact details and pay 15% to 20% of the total booking amount. After the booking is confirmed, a voucher will be sent to the email address provided during the reservation process. The voucher contains booking details, pickup instructions, and the contact information of the rental company.
5. Payments
A partial prepayment of 15% to 20% is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount is usually paid when collecting the vehicle, according to the rental company’s payment terms. Accepted payment methods may vary depending on the supplier, location, and vehicle type.
6. Rental Conditions
Each rental company has its own terms regarding age requirements, driving experience, fuel policy, mileage policy, insurance coverage, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods. Customers must review the specific rental conditions shown during the booking process before confirming the reservation.
7. Airport Pickup and Delivery
Vehicles may be available for pickup at airports, as well as for delivery within the city or directly to a hotel. Availability depends on the rental company, destination, and selected booking dates. Additional fees or conditions may apply to delivery services.
8. No Deposit and No Credit Card Options
RosCar Finland offers selected vehicles with no deposit and no credit card required. These options are available only when clearly shown in the search results or vehicle details. Customers should always verify the final rental terms before completing the booking.
9. Unlimited Mileage
Unlimited mileage is available on selected offers only. Where this option applies, it will be displayed in the vehicle details or booking conditions. Some rentals may still have mileage restrictions depending on the supplier.
10. Free Cancellation
Free cancellation is available on eligible bookings only. The cancellation terms and deadline will be shown during the booking process and in the voucher. If a booking is canceled outside the allowed period or does not qualify for free cancellation, cancellation charges may apply.
11. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate personal and booking information. The main driver must hold all documents required by the rental company, including a valid driver’s license, passport or ID, booking voucher, and any additional documents requested by the supplier at pickup.
12. Rental Company Responsibility
The car rental company is solely responsible for providing the booked vehicle, setting the final rental terms, processing the rental agreement at pickup, and managing vehicle availability, upgrades, refusals, deposits, insurance, and additional services.
13. RosCar Finland Liability
RosCar Finland acts only as an aggregator and booking platform. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, pricing changes, vehicle availability, or rental decisions made by local or international rental companies. We are also not liable for losses resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer or failure to meet the supplier’s requirements.
14. Changes and Availability
All prices, rental conditions, vehicle availability, and optional services are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. In some cases, the rental company may not be able to provide the exact vehicle model requested, but a similar or equivalent vehicle may be offered.
